It is a wonderful living experience in a great location.

Very nice, great amenities, active and energetic neighbors, quiet, well constructed, new, good leasing staff, great location.

We love the look of the buildings. The covered parking garage and parking spots are very convenient. Clean, nicely appointed, great kitchen, crown moldings and high ceilings are very nice. In unit washer and dryer are the most convenient.

I say it is like living in a professional dorm. Everyone older with a professional job but the apartments provide very fun activities and events that allow the community to get to know each other. The pool is one of the best things in the summer and so are the movie nights. The only bad thing about the apartments is the parking garage; the speed bumps and limited guest parking.

I would simply say it's like living on a soft fluffy cloud slightly above heaven...looking down on the angels and sayin, "Yea, I got it just a little bit better than you guys!!!!"

I love living at Presidio, the amenities are great and everything is always clean, I've never had a problem with anything in my apartment. It's a great location, close to lightrail and the highway but far enough away from the city that it has a quiet, suburb feel. Everyone is very friendly and helpful in the office and there are always fresh cookies available. This is a great place to life if you're in your 20's and 30's.

Apartments are top of the line & beautiful. The community is friendly, safe, and quiet. The ground need some work but understand that the lack of grass is due to the large dog population. My only concern is that I wish there was more guest parking and that it was more accessible.

I absolutely love my apartment! Maintenance is incredible as well as the office staff. The only downside is I don't have a storage unit on my patio, but I am able to rent one which works well.

I think you guys do a wonderful job here. The place is well maintained and there is a good staff here.

I like the facilities and the staff. My ONLY complaint is the neighbors upstairs. I do not know if it is poor construction here or if they are loud sotmpers but I can hear every movement they do upstairs. Other then that, everything else is fine.

Only real complaint I have is the parking spots are too small for my Avalanche. It's hard to pull in/out. I can *sometimes* hear my upstairs neighbor when they're dragging chairs around but it's really not a problem.
